Love was the moving, controlling attribute in God's great expedient of saving sinners. Justice may have demaned it, holiness may have required it, wisdom may have planned it, and power may have eecuted it, but love originated the whole, and was the moving cause in the heart of God. The salvation of the sinner is not so much a manifestation of the justice, holiness, wisdom, or power of God, as it is a display of his love.-Our God by Octavius Winslow

Sweet!! This is a great quote. It reminds me of "The Father's Love" song...
"How wonderful the Father's love, the Father's love for us. That He would send His only Son to come and rescue us." What blows me away if that we did absolutely NOTHING to deserve this unfathomable love!!
I had to read the quote out loud too. =P
Wow, that just about says everything you would ever need to know in your life. Great quote!
